How to order

Below are terms and conditions of ordering. Please read them through before placing your order!

1. How to choose products on Tekstiil Ruumis webshop

Products are divided into categories. Choose a category and browse the products. Prices, measurements, colors and delivery times are marked next to the products. Pictures have illustrative purposes, but they should give a good idea of the products.

After finding a right product, choose the size, color and amount. Then you can place the product into the cart, pressing the „shopping cart“ button.

Overview of the shopping cart is located on the left side header, which shows the total amount of products and cost. You can move on by pressing the small shopping cart button. In the shopping cart you can see full order information and are able to choose between different delivery options.

2. Purchase and payment information

To complete your order open the shopping cart, choose a delivery option and continue. Fill in all the necessary contact details, confirm the delivery option and agree to the terms of ordering. If you would like to have an invoice for a company, fill in the necessary details.

After you have entered your information and confirmed the order, your purchase has been completed.

For payments you can use:

  • Paypal account (not activated yet)
  • or we can send you an invoice for bank transfer. If you use bank transfer method, please make sure that you write there the invoice number.

Tekstiil Ruumis OÜ is entitled to cancel all orders that are not paid after 5 working days.

Order will be despatched after the payment is on our account.

3. Delivery options

ESTONIA - if your order amount is more than 200 €, delivery is free of charge for you. Otherwise you can choose between 3 delivery options:

  • Itella Smartpost parcel terminal, with a fixed price of 4 € (smaller items)
  • DPD courier service, with a fixed price of 7 € (smaller or larger items)
  • Collect from showroom - 0 € (showroom is open by prior agreement, to visit our showroom please call +372 52 18 479 or +372 50 51 316)

FINLAND - if your order amount is more than 200 €, delivery is free of charge for you. Otherwise you can choose between 2 delivery options:

  • Itella Smartpost parcel terminal, with a fixed price of 10 € (smaller items)
  • Itella courier service, with a fixed price of 20 € (smaller or larger items)

EUROPE

  • smaller items - fixed price of 15 €
  • larger items - fixed price of 75 €

REST OF THE WORLD

If you are interested in ordering our products, please contact us by e-mail info@tekstiilruumis.ee . We´ll calculate a delivery price for you and confirm your order by e-mail.

4. Delivery times and shipping

  • Smaller FLY collection items (baskets, pillows, pillowcovers, runners, tablemats, sauna pillows and towels), TRIO felt baskets, WOODEN LACE table covers, EMBROIDERED TIME clocks, printed textiles – delivery time 2-7 days + shipping
  • Larger FLY collection items (tablecloths and coverlets) – delivery time 2-14 days + shipping
  • POHL carpets – delivery time 2-5 weeks depending on the size + shipping
  • FLY, MOON, FELTBERRY and STRIPE sound absorbing panels – delivery time 2-4 weeks + shipping
  • WOODEN LACE curtains – delivery time 7-14 days + shipping
  • PRINTED TEXTILES - delivery time 2-7 days + shipping
  • EMBROIDERED TIME clocks - delivery time 2-7 days + shipping
  • COSMOS sitting ball - delivery time up to 14 days + shipping

Products that are in stock will be shipped usually during 2 working days. After that the delivery depends on the chosen shipping option. If there are changes in our delivery times, we´ll let you know via phone or e-mail.

5. Reclamations and returning goods

OÜ Tekstiil Ruumis is responsible for the quality of the goods on sale in the webshop. Reclamation deadline is 2 years. If you should have any problems please contact us for further information.

We are not responsible for:

  • products damaged by the customer
  • damages caused by false usage
  • damages caused by improper care or no care at all

If you find that your products have defects, you should inform us immediately, but not later than 20 days after the purchase by e-mail info@tekstiilruumis.ee.

If the product has defects you are entitled to ask us for a replacement or return the product and get your money back.

6. Order cancellation during 14 days

During 14 days you have the right to cancel your order and return the goods. If the package is not opened and the goods are new/unused, we´ll return your payment. No returns are accepted if the goods are already used or the package is broken. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

To cancel your order please send an e-mail to info@tekstiilruumis.ee including product name, invoice number, date of payment and reason for returning. We will transfer your money back to the same account where it came from, during 7 days.

7. Confidentiality

OÜ Tekstiil Ruumis does not give your personal data to third parties, except for delivery purposes to the courier. You have a right to ask us to delete your data from our database.
